Gluing station

The frame gluing station is a unit for gluing the designer glass ceramics of induction hobs to the stainless-steel decor frame.

It consists of a frame on wheels, telescopic legs, a tray and a ceiling where a light fixture is attached.

The height of the worktop can be adjusted over a 300mm stroke depending on the size of the operators.

The width of the table can be adjusted according to the desired glass size. For a better ergonomics, with the help of a pneumatic control, the laying can be raised by 200mm and can be rotated by 360° manually. This help the gluing of the glass contour.
