This stand-alone station allows you to weld flanges on bottom tank.
The operator manually loads the bottom and the flange, then closes the vertical door manually.
Once the door is closed it locks automatically.
Then the clamping and the welding cycle starts automatically.
Once the welding and the covering are finished, the unclamping and opening of the door follows.
The operator recovers the bottom with its welded flange.
The station will be coupled to a MAG or MIG type welding station.
This is placed next to the station, it receives a start/stop order from the station.
The welding torch is integrated into the station.
