Clipping station

Assembly station upstream of the heated drawer assembly line, allowing 2 slides to be clipped onto a base plate.

It communicates with the line in order to validate and guarantee the correct assembly for the rest of the operations.

Ergonomic workstation, electrically adjustable in height, with security of the work area by "U" shaped light curtains (facilitates the operator's lateral movements).

Possibility of assembling 2 sheet metal formats (60cm and 30 inches). The change of series is done in less than 30s and without tools.

Control of the correct clipping by detection and vision sensor.

A mechanical device locks the position of the slides once the check has been carried out.
