Stripping station

The stripping station is a manual station that allows the protective film to be removed from the furnace facade sheets.

The operator places the sheet on the receptacle. It activates a button to activate the pneumatic suction cups to hold the sheet metal, it can remove the protective film.
Sufficient lighting allows the eye to detect defects in the appearance of the part. Once the suction cup button is reset, the part can be removed from the station.
The station is tiltable and height adjustable via an electric stand. Some equipment are equipped with foam dispenser.
