These 2 symmetrical welding machines allow the realization of 1 or 2 circular welds on a tank.
The mobile pneumatic tailstock keeps the tank under stress during the operation.
Equipped with a V-shape support on pneumatic movement, the loading and unloading of the tanks are facilitated.
The value analysis work carried out on this concept has resulted in a particularly economical solution while guaranteeing high robustness and reliability:
Rigidity of the working part, use of qualitative active components, implementation of customer recommendations (Experience of similar existing machines).
The adjustment of the position of the torches on 3 directions, assisted by a laser pointer symbolizing the impact point of the welding wire on the tank, is fast and easy compared to the solutions usually implemented.
The welding equipment (supplied by the customer) has been perfectly integrated into the design : The wire feeders are oriented and mounted in the rear part, the control panels are integrated in the front side, grouped as close as possible to the operator.
A cooling control linked to the operation authorization is integrated in these machines to preserve the torches in case of failure of the water circuit.
These machines are particularly compact and can be moved easily with a simple pallet puller.
