The CR600 conveyor is designed to receive cardboard boxes from other conveyors, ensuring smooth movement and precise positioning for inspection (external dimensions: 710 x 680 x 850 mm).
It consists of an aluminium profile structure, a rotating platform, conveyor rollers and a pneumatic lifting system.
The structure rests on four fixed feet to ensure stability during operation, and a stop is integrated at the end of the conveyor to position the carton before lifting.
The carton is held and rotated by a rotating plate mounted on a ring, allowing smooth and precise manual rotation.
The 40 mm lift is provided by a pneumatic cylinder controlled by a lever distributor and guided by bushings and ball shafts, ensuring stable and smooth movement.
This design requires no power supply: only a connection to a compressed air source is required.
Once the check is complete, the lever can be used to lower the tray, allowing the conveyor to pick up the carton in either direction.
