The machine is equipped with an inductor positioned on a table whose vertical movement is achieved by linear guidance and synchronous motorisation to adapt to the stove models.
A turntable equipped with two fixtures allows loading and unloading by robot in parallel while the previous stove is heating up.
The pan is rotated throughout the heating cycle with presence control.
The holder is adjusted manually (adapted to the diameter of the pan) with a visual indicator on the ruler.
A pyrometer installed directly above the pan being heated allows the temperature to be controlled.
