This production line provides automatic handling of tanks from the welding machines to the workstation, with multiple positions for precise manual welding.
It comprises lifts, chain conveyors and an overhead transfer beam, enabling the handling of different tank sizes using gripping and rotating devices.
The conveyors move the tanks safely, whilst the rotators allow them to be easily positioned for welding. The transfer shuttle facilitates the entry and exit of tanks onto and off the production line, with rotations tailored to requirements.
The welding booths provide a protected environment thanks to curtains and extraction hoods.
The 3-bar test bench allows the tanks to be checked for leaks after welding, with cooling, inspection and any necessary corrections carried out directly at the workstation. Tank handling is fully automatic.
The system ensures an optimised production flow, with safety and ergonomics for the operator, whilst maintaining consistent tank quality.
