The welding table creates an adjustable installation surface for aluminum profiles (dimensions from 660x510 to 4050x4070 mm).

It comprises a turret, a rotating assembly, a master arm, a follower arm and four platens.

The turret rests on three height-adjustable feet for optimum ergonomics. A ball-bearing crown at the top ensures continuous rotation of the assembly.

The rotating assembly incorporates a base plate with two heavy-duty aluminum profiles to compensate for overhangs. Two ball rails ensure linear guidance of the arms along the X axis.

Master and follower arms are identical in design. The master arm integrates the pneumatic power supply. Their movements are synchronized antagonistically by a toothed belt.

The arms are spread manually by means of a pneumatic handle, which releases the brake on the master arm.

Each arm carries two trays serving as welding surfaces. Two of them incorporate a ground return to guarantee electrical continuity.

Their position is independent, with manual translation locking.

At the ends of the table, a back-and-forth system of four pneumatic switches unlocks the rotation of the assembly.
